It's No Joke; They Really Can Remove the Language Out of You...

After reading every section of the Language Removal Services web-page, I believe that I laughed myself to tears! It's one of the most bizarre things I have ever read or heard, and not to mention one of the most funniest things. As I listened to their compositions of some very well known celebrity figures, I swear, I felt like a child who wasn't suppose to be over hearing something grown up. It reminded me of that one time the class was doing free writing and in the background we listened to our teacher reading from Kenneth Goldsmith's Fidget. I ended up taking that entire piece out of context and thought of it as somewhat of a really sexually descriptive novel. Sadly, I think I've made the same mistake with these compositions by the Language Removal Services. Though, it also made me wonder what kind of sick pleasure the LRS people would attain with composed pieces where all you heard was awkward heavy breathing.

Fail Blog No More... I Hope.

Oh my GOSH! I'm doing it again. Damn you procrastination! *Shakes fist violently* Okay, no.... I'm posting. So yeah... take that. It's been a few very hectic weeks. We recently moved into a condo and things had been pretty crazy. On top of that school work seems to keep piling up... mhm, maybe I should do it. Yeah so I really don't want to bore my one reader out there with my life... so I wont. But, if anybody else is reading please comment. I know its so upfront and totally desperate, but hey you could save this blog from dying. With that said, I do have some great things to write about and will be blogging a lot over the next few days because I'm off for Reading Week=). Stayed tuned my lovely reader(s).

Hairdryers are clearly awesome.

It's been said that the third times the charm... I'm hoping my laziness decides to ditch me sooner or later. I've had two blogs before and well they failed miserably due to the lack of posts and of course, the drive to post. But now, I'm older, wiser, and probably more cooler (in my mind at least). Honestly, I really don't think people would be reading this anytime soon. Would I like people to read my blog? Of course, I believe blogging, and other web tools, are there so individuals like myself can reach a wider audience. The question is how do you exactly obtain that audience? Maybe the first two times didn't work out because I was too blaze about having my posts read. This time around things will be different. It'll be horribly tragic if "things fall apart" (ha, seriously read this novel by Chinua Achebe... at one point I laughed so hard out of confusion I fell off my bed) and don't go "according to plan" (Corpse Bride anyone?). I'm sure I have a lot to write about now, I mean life wise things were pretty dead because nothing ever happened in highschool. I'm in university now and well theres more "material", for example, a couple of days ago I overheard a girl talking about how awesome her new hairdryer is... Seriously, gold like that is ANY writers dream!
